The Company’s founders and operators have decades of experience in the automotive industry and are excited about bringing together multiple leading businesses to advance growth.   Additionally, Carsia is in the midst of developing a number of proprietary services that will be rolled out across its network of operators to drive growth, efficiency and customer success.   

 

Role Overview and Responsibilities:  

The CEO will play a pivotal role in defining and driving the vision, strategy and operational expansion of the company, ensuring growth, innovation and excellence across the organizationThe ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the automotive industry, multi-brand, multi-geography experience, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving business success. In this role, the CEO must exhibit exceptional communication skills, expertise in diplomatically managing and collaborating with business partners/operators, and strong business building expertise. The ideal CEO will also be familiar with digital technology, helping operating units embrace and drive the adoption of best practices and contemporary data-driven practices to excel.    

 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive destination (strategic) plan that aligns with the company's long-term objectives, prioritizes growth opportunities, and enhances shareholder value 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the board, private equity sponsor and other stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations on market dynamics, competitive landscape, and potential initiatives 
  • Build, lead and inspire a high-performing executive team and large team of business unit leaders, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and innovation 
  • Oversee the company's financial performance, working closely with the CFO to ensure robust financial planning, analysis, and modeling 
  • Drive the company's expansion through strategic acquisitions, partnerships, and market development, conducting thorough due diligence and financial evaluation of attractive opportunities 
  • Ensure the highest standards of legal compliance, ethical conduct, and corporate governance across all operations 
  • Champion technology-enabled process improvements to drive efficiency, enhance customer experiences, and maintain a competitive edge in the automotive industry 
  • Maintain and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, community leaders, and our private equity sponsor, Access Holdings 
  • Build and establish a data-driven, customer-focused culture that is distinctive in the industry 
  • Facilitate innovation by leading value creation specialists on the corporate team and nurturing relationships with external partners to maintain the platform’s competitive edge and sustained growth 

 

Professional Qualifications: 

  • A minimum of 2-3 years as a CEO or President and 8-10 years of senior leadership experience in the automotive or other retail multi-site services industry, with a strong background in dealership or multi-site management and OEM or supplier relations, ideally with experience with automotive or consumer financial products 
  • Demonstrated experience in building and growing a successful multi-geography, multi-brand, multi-site business (ex: driving durable double-digit annual revenue growth over a 5+ year period) 
  • Proven track record of strategic planning, financial acumen, operational excellence, as well as driving growth and financial performance in a competitive market 
  • Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and mobilize diverse teams toward common goals 
  • Strong strategic decision-making and problem-solving abilities, leveraging data to drive insights and metrics to drive performance 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and community leaders. 
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing diverse teams and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration 

 

Education 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field; MBA and/or relevant professional certifications highly regarded 
  • Eligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
