We’re currently searching for a Director to join Acclarity.  This role will be remote and can be flexible on base location.

Our Director role will lead cross function data transformation initiatives powered by modern technology stack – Azure, AWS, Snowflake, Alteryx, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, UiPath, Open AI – Across mid-market and enterprise clients.  This individual will own portfolio -level governance and execution of digital, data and automation programs, aligning technology delivery with measurable business outcomes.

The ideal candidate blends PMO discipline, business acumen, and data fluency to govern execution while shaping digital transformation strategy from the frontlines.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic alignment of executive vision with data transformation roadmaps, ensuring governance across platform migration, BI modernization, and AI/automation initiatives
  • Oversee end-to-end program planning and execution, integrating digital and data efforts with reporting and automation outcomes
  • Engage senior stakeholders to drive alignment between technology and business goals, leveraging data storytelling and financial impact framing
  • Manage cross-functional teams, providing leadership, coaching, and fostering a culture of growth and innovation across agile and hybrid environments
  • Own financial management of data programs including budgeting, forecasting, risk mitigation, and ROI-focused performance reporting.

Required Skills / Experience

  • 5-10 years in project/program management with at least 5 years focused in data, AI, or automation initiatives. Proven success delivering complex, cross-functional digital transformation programs, ideally within consulting or matrixed professional services environments
  • Strong understanding of technology and business intelligence, including data architecture and transformation pipelines. Hands-on experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and RPA platforms like UiPath.
  • Certifications preferred not required: PMP, PgMP, PMIO-SCP, SAFe Agilist, or equivalent project/program management certifications
  • Strong executive presence, emotional intelligence, and storytelling skills. Comfortable navigating ambiguity and aligning stakeholders. Passion for AI/automation and translating technical advancements into business impact.  Communicates confidently across all levels.
