What You'll Do

  • Own AI strategy per solution: Define vision, use cases, KPIs, and success criteria; maintain a prioritized AI roadmap across our solution portfolio
  • Build vs. buy leadership: Scan the market, run vendor evaluations/POCs, craft make/buy/partner recommendations, and negotiate technical requirements with vendors
  • Cross-practice orchestration: Align Solution leads, Consulting delivery, Accordion Intelligence Lab (R&D/engineering) on scope, timelines, and resourcing
  • Productization & delivery: Translate business needs into PRDs
  • Responsible AI & risk: Work with AI governance lead to establish guardrails for safety, privacy, compliance (PII/PHI), bias testing, human-in-the-loop, and auditability
  • Commercial outcomes: Build business cases, pricing/packaging proposals, and adoption plans; support pre-sales and client exec briefings; track ROI post-launch
  • Change & enablement: Drive stakeholder alignment, develop playbooks, and enable consultants and client champions on usage and value capture
  • Travel to client sites as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • 10+ years in product/solution ownership or AI-enabled program leadership; 5+ years in data/AI within consulting or SaaS
  • Proven track record taking AI features from concept to scaled adoption, including vendor selection (where appropriate) and POCs
  • Working knowledge of LLMs and AI stacks: prompt design/evals, retrieval tools/methods, agent orchestration, MLOps, and implementing these tools on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, Snowflake, etc.)
  • Strong product skills: customer discovery, PRDs, metrics (activation, retention, quality, latency, cost-to-serve), and agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Executive presence: communicate crisply with C-suite and engineers alike; influence without authority across practices and geographies
  • Nice to have: domain depth in Finance/CFO solutions, PE-backed value creation, healthcare, or industrials; experience with guardrails/RAG evaluation, prompt safety, and FinOps for AI

Preferred requirements

  • S/MS in CS, Data/AI, Engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Product/Agile credentials (PSPO/CSPO, PMI-ACP/SAFe)

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
