Position Overview
The AI and Technology Training Associate will play a key role in advancing Accordion’s firmwide understanding and adoption of artificial intelligence and modern technology tools. Reporting to the AI Enablement Lead, this individual will sit within the Global Technology Team and work closely with the People Team (specifically Talent Development) to design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that build digital fluency across all levels of the organization.
This exciting opportunity combines learning strategy, curriculum design, and internal consulting to help build firmwide AI and technology training capabilities. This position exercises independent judgment in designing learning programs, advising stakeholders, and shaping training priorities aligned with Accordion’s AI enablement roadmap.
The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator, a skilled presenter, and a creative educator with a passion for making complex technology concepts approachable and actionable. Key to this role will be supporting the creation and management of training materials, facilitating live and virtual sessions, and coordinating learning paths across departments. The Associate will ensure that employees not only understand how to use AI tools such as Glean, ChatGPT, Zoom AI, and CoPilot, but also grasp the broader business and operational impact of AI enablement.
This position can be based in any of our US office locations and is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work remotely 2 days per week.

What You’ll Do:
Learning Path Design & Coordination
- Design, develop, and continuously evolve AI and technology learning pathways across roles and levels in partnership with the People Team and Talent Development
- Lead planning and prioritization of the firmwide AI learning calendar, partnering with Talent Development to support logistics, promotion, and execution
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to identify and prioritize training needs related to AI literacy, data readiness, and new technology adoption
- Ensure training programs align with Accordion’s AI Literacy and Technology Foundations learning frameworks
Training Delivery & Facilitation
- Create engaging and visually polished presentations, training decks, and reference guides
- Deliver live and recorded training sessions, adapting content to technical and non-technical audiences
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to help teams apply AI tools in their daily workflows
- Partner with Talent Development to evaluate learning outcomes and recommend program enhancements based on engagement and effectiveness data
Content Development & Knowledge Sharing
- Develop and maintain a repository of AI and technology training materials, including guides, videos, and quick reference sheets
- Work with internal experts to translate technical capabilities into practical business applications
- Support the development of onboarding materials for new hires to ensure early exposure to AI tools and practices
- Partner with the AI enablement and IT teams to ensure new technology rollouts are supported by effective user training
Program Management & Continuous Improvement
- Define training success metrics and analyze participation and learning data to inform strategy improvements to learning programs
- Stay current with emerging AI and technology trends to keep training content relevant and forward-looking
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users to promote a culture of continuous learning and digital curiosity
- Partner with Talent Development to develop and deliver internal communications related to technology training initiatives, ensuring alignment with firmwide learning messaging, branding, and communication standards
Success in This Role
- Delivery of clear, engaging, and scalable AI and technology learning programs across Accordion
- Increased employee engagement and adoption of AI and productivity tools
- Consistent alignment between People Team training programs and Accordion’s AI Enablement roadmap
- Recognized internally as a trusted communicator who helps bridge the gap between people and technology
- Tangible growth in firmwide AI literacy and technology confidence
You Have:
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in training, instructional design, learning & development, or a related technology enablement role
- Strong understanding of AI fundamentals and modern workplace technologies (e.g., Glean, ChatGPT, CoPilot, Zoom AI, Microsoft 365)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences
- Proven ability to design compelling presentations and learning materials (PowerPoint proficiency required)
- Demonstrated experience facilitating live and virtual training sessions
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing multiple programs simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Systems, Education, or related field

The annual salary for this role ranges from: $80,000 to $87,000 + benefits + bonus
Actual compensation packages are determined by evaluating a wide array of factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographic location, skill set, years and depth of experience, education, certifications, cost of labor and internal equity.
