Calibration Technician-Field (Calser Calibrations)

We are seeking Calibration Technician-Field of all levels to join our Calser Calibrations, an Accredited Labs company!

Experience in our industry is not required, and training will be provided upon hire. Making this position suitable for both entry-level candidates and those with experience.

Location: At our St Jacob, Illinois office and on-site at various customer sites and roughly 75% over night travel between Monday and Thursday.

Responsibilities:

• Manage your time and follow a given schedule
• Perform calibration and verification of equipment in the field
• Diagnose and repair equipment in the field
• Maintain communication between you and your manager
• Send electronic files daily after completed work

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver's license
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds at any given time
• Must be able to drive 2-10 hours any given day
• Must be able to travel Monday to Thursday
• Must adhere to specific federal/state/company guidelines set forth by management
• Preferred basic computer knowledge (Excel & Word)
• Preferred familiarity with using basic hand and power tools

Calser Calibrations provides a vehicle and all travel expenses while on the road.Tools, laptop, and some clothing will also be provided.
