Sr. Product Manager

ABOUT THIS POSITION

As a Sr Product Manager at Aceable, you will join a collaborative and mission-driven team focused on building exceptional digital learning experiences for students across a variety of regulated industries. You will lead cross-functional teams including designers, engineers, marketers, and researchers to plan, build, and launch products that align with both user needs and company strategy.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing a product roadmap within a specific vertical or platform area. You will use research and discovery to define solutions that are valuable, usable, and feasible, and work cross-functionally to ensure those solutions drive measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and lifetime value. You will also help reduce friction across the student journey and improve conversion through thoughtful product design and iteration.

This role reports to the Director, Product Management and plays a critical role in shaping the future of Aceable’s product portfolio.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Define and own the product roadmap for a vertical or platform area, aligning priorities with business goals and customer needs
  • Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
  • Translate strategy into clear initiatives, requirements, and prototypes in collaboration with Design, Engineering, and other partners
  • Use data and research to validate problems, generate solutions, and make informed product decisions
  • Measure and communicate the impact of launches using business, user, and product health metrics
  • Drive go-to-market planning and execution in partnership with Product Marketing and cross-functional teams
  • Maintain awareness of customer pain points, competitive trends, and evolving regulatory requirements
  • Evangelize the product vision across teams and foster alignment with internal and external stakeholders of every level

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of product management experience in B2C or growth-oriented environments, with a proven track record of bringing products to market and scaling them
  • Proficiency with experimentation and validation, including A/B testing, user research, and iterative product development
  • Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, Glassbox, Pendo, or similar platforms
  • Ability to translate complex data and customer insights into strategic product decisions using a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods
  • Demonstrated ability to balance short-term execution with long-term strategy, including roadmap planning across multiple time horizons
  • Comfort operating in regulated or multi-stakeholder environments, with the ability to align diverse internal teams and priorities
  • Clear and effective communication and storytelling skills with the ability to influence across technical and non-technical audiences
  • A bias for action and ownership, with the ability to self-prioritize in dynamic, ambiguous environments
  • Reside in Austin, Texas

 BONUS POINTS

  • Experience with education technology or learner-centric products
  • Familiarity with content management systems and how they support scalable content delivery
  • Comfort with SQL and tools like PowerBI or Google Sheets to conduct self-serve data analysis
  • Background in mobile product development or responsive web applications

Compensation: $130,000 - $145,000
