Are you a passionate education major looking to make an impact while building your professional brand? Achievement First is seeking dynamic Marketing Interns to connect our charter network with future educators at your college!

🎓 THE OPPORTUNITY:

As a Marketing Intern - Campus Events for Achievement First, you'll connect our award-winning charter network and the next generation of education innovators at your campus. You'll build our brand presence through engaging events and strategic content creation while developing valuable marketing and leadership skills.

📋 WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Content Creation & Distribution: Share compelling education-focused content on your Instagram and LinkedIn 3x weekly (we provide the content!)
  • Original Storytelling: Create (3) original weekly stories showcasing your education journey and Achievement First's impact
  • Event Management: Plan and host monthly events, partnering with your School of Education
  • Campus Outreach: Set up and run information tables at campus events twice per semester
  • Partnership Building: Organize collaborative events with other student organizations to maximize engagement and brand awareness

💼 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Current student or recent graduate with a focus in Education, Early Childhood Development, or a related field (e.g., Psychology, Human Development, Social Work, Marketing)
  • Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA
  • Proven experience in planning and executing campus events
  • At least one year of leadership experience on a student organization e-board
  • Strong campus connections 
  • Excellent communication skills and professional social media presence

💰 COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

  • Compensation: $20 per hour, up to a maximum of 40 hours per month. Weekly hours may vary.
  • Performance Incentives: $250 for each successful hired referral (paid 90 days after start date), and subject to taxes.
  • Event Budget: Full funding for all campus initiatives and events
  • Professional Development: Hands-on experience in marketing, event planning, and educational recruitment
