The Global Field Marketing Specialist is a support role within the Global Field Marketing team. The position involves supporting the coordination and execution of marketing activities and events - both virtual and in person. In this role, you will support in driving demand to help the sales and account management teams prospect effectively and accelerate their pipeline. This role reports into the Senior Director, Field & Customer Marketing.

Flexibility to travel for events across North America, and willingness to come into the Boston office when required for internal meetings and organising swag and supplies. 

Day to day responsibilities:

  • Support the Field Marketing Managers with the coordination and delivery of regional in-person and virtual events (including roundtables, executive dinners, meet-ups, exhibitions and conferences).
  • Provide assistance to the team with field related admin tasks such as raising PO’s, updating the budget, shipping supplies to events and submitting requests for marketing operations.
  • Partner with Business Development, Sales, and Channel teams to ensure tight alignment in inviting customers, supporting follow-up, and maximising customer value at every event and touchpoint.
  • Work closely with marketing operations and field marketing teams to support in the tracking, reporting, and analysing of event performance and engagement programs, using insights to refine future approaches.
  • Support the team in managing external vendors and agencies as needed to deliver high-quality customer experiences before, during, and after events.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Degree educated or QBE with ideally 4+ years B2B technology marketing experience
  • Experience in supporting the end to end execution of events, both in person and digitally
  • Previous experience in IT; ideally in a SaaS environment a “nice to have”
  • Able to manage multiple projects, timelines, and event details simultaneously.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, especially regarding event logistics and follow-up.
  • Ability to work very independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Builds rapport easily with internal and external stakeholders

The annual base salary for this full-time position is $62,000 - $70,000. Final compensation will be commensurate with your experience and will be determined by a variety of factors, including city of residence, relevant skillset, and job-related knowledge.
