Work with ACT Power Services team to onboard new assets into FIIX asset management/maintenance system. Working with the FIIX Administrator work with field operations, engineering and other user base to optimize the use of FIIX to streamline maintenance tracking activities for a growing fleet of solar and battery storage assets across the country.
Responsibilities
- Onboarding new solar, substation and battery assets into FIIX maintenance system by developing an equipment inventory and creating a schedule for preventive maintenance work orders based contractual obligation.
- Develop dashboards to simplify tracking of KPIs like response times and aging reports of work orders.
- Administer adding and removing users from the system
- Manage enhancement request from user with FIIX Administrator
- Escalating support issues with vendor.
- Develop dashboard in Google Looker and Power BI to support reporting requirements
Requirements
Functional Skills:
- Attention to detail and task driven
- Data Entry & Excel
- Power BI
- Developing technical requirements
- Understand Electrical One Line Diagram and Engineering Diagrams for Solar
- Associate Degree in Data Entry
- Experience using FIIX is preferred but not required
- Experience in the solar industry is preferred but not required
