Our Role

We are seeking a Sr. Marketing Analyst to drive pipeline growth through full-funnel optimization - from paid/organic channels to lead routing and conversion. As the analytical authority, you will analyze marketing metrics, optimize the funnel, and report on pipeline performance across channels, delivering insights on opportunities and risks. Additionally, you will maintain the marketing reporting infrastructure, ensuring alignment with KPIs.

About You

  • Degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, or similar field 
  • 5+ years experience in data analytics/science, business analytics, or marketing analytics
  • Strong understanding of marketing/sales funnel analytics and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (i.e., Looker, SFDC, Google Analytics, HockeyStack, etc.)
  • Experience with A/B testing, media mix modeling, and multi-touch attribution
  • Experience optimizing for website performance and SEO (Google search console)
  • Track record leveraging large dataset to develop recommendations and implementation plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong executive presence and proven ability to rally others around a vision.

Outcomes

  • Define and execute strategies for growing the sales pipeline through full funnel optimization, from paid/organic campaigns, to lead routing and conversion  
  • Provide recommendations to marketing leadership to inform overall strategy and pipeline generation efforts
  • Develop and maintain an pipeline attribution model and provide recommendations to efficiently growth pipeline 
  • Monitor competitive environment to ensure our performance marketing strategy is positioned for success 
  • Build tools, dashboards and reports to monitor performance of pipeline generation efforts
  • Analyze conversion performance of existing web pages; provide recommendations for improvement
  • Improve SEO of key pages by recommending technical changes (e.g., HTML structures) and content changes (e.g., keywords, page layout, additional blogs).
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Operations to ensure leads are processed according to agreed SLA

The expected salary range for this position is $92,000 to $113,000. Actual pay will be determined based on several factors such as past experience and qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
