The Role

At Addepar, we are looking for an experienced Automation Specialist-Operations to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade robotic process automations. The role is ideal for a UiPath expert who can operate independently, deliver high-quality solutions, and collaborate effectively with internal product, engineering and operations teams.

What You’ll Do:-

Process Assessment & Solution Design

  • Review business requirements and assess automation feasibility.
  • Define and document the automation solution design (PDD / SDD).
  • Identify reusable components and develop modular solutions.
  • Develop custom activities using UiPath SDK

Development & Testing

  • Develop, debug and test workflows using UiPath Studio / Orchestrator.
  • Implement robust exception handling, logging, alerting and configuration management.
  • Conduct UAT with business stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Deployment & Handover

  • Package and deploy automations to UiPath Orchestrator (dev, test, prod) in a secure and maintainable manner
  • Prepare documentation and handover materials for internal support teams.
  • Provide knowledge transfer and brief training sessions as needed.

Optimization & Support

  • Monitor bot performance and handle stabilization post-deployment.
  • Recommend and implement performance improvements.

 

Who You Are:-

Technical Skills required:

  • 4-8 years of relevant experience in similar area.
  • 3+ years hands-on UiPath experience
  • UiPath Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) certification (Preferred)
  • Prior experience of developing of automation in finance, data operations, or enterprise automation domains
  • Strong proficiency in UiPath - Studio, Orchestrator, Assistant, Unattended Bots and Attended Bots 
  • Hands-on with REFramework and custom library development 
  • Experience with REST APIs, Excel, email automation, file I/O, integration with cloud services (preferably AWS services), JSON/XML data formats
  • Exposure to Document Understanding, AI Center, and attended/unattended bots
  • Basic scripting: VB.NET / C#  / Python 
  • Source control: DevOps -like CI/CD, GitHub 

LLMs, Claude, BI and Analytics (is preferred)

  • Familiarity with web automation scenarios, 

Soft Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Self-driven and able to deliver with minimal supervision
  • Able to work with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Product, QA)
  • Clear communicator with good documentation discipline
  • Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams

Performance Expectations/Metrics

  • Delivery of automation processes per agreed milestones and quality standards
  • Code quality and stability (defects or incidents post-deployment)
  • Reusability and maintainability of code
  • Timely reporting of progress and blockers

    Important Note: This role requires working from our Pune office 3 days a week (hybrid work model)
