We are seeking a Social Media and Events Coordinator who will work primarily with our marketing team. The ideal candidate has an outgoing personality and some knowledge/passion around the automotive industry. This person will be a representative of our current and future ambassadors/influencers and must be able to speak about each brand (Addictive Desert Designs, DV8, Rago Fabrications and Flatline) clearly and accurately. When attending trade shows, this person will need to network and build relationships with ambassadors/influencers and other industry experts.

Responsibilities and essential job functions will include, clerical work, vendor management, data entry, and admin support, but are not limited to the following:

  • Coordinate and schedule posts across multiple brands and platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, Youtube, etc)
  • Keep up on social media trends while helping generate content ideas.
  • Occasional content creation will be needed for posts in this role.
  • Find potential ambassadors/influencers for sponsorship across different social media platforms.
  • Sharing posts and other information to industry outlets.
  • Plan & attend trade show events for multiple brands each year.
  • Plan & coordinate booth layout for trade shows.

Summary of Experience and Education:

  • Social Media experience required.
  • Previous knowledge of the automotive industry.
  • Strong desire to build and grow relationships.
  • Good understanding and innerworkings of each social media platform.
  • Event coordination is plus.
