We're a fully air conditioned facility —a rare find in the Arizona heat. At HPAG you'll be crafting the most innovative off-road truck parts on the market, in-house, made in America, and built to impress. If you love trucks, fabrication, and taking pride in your work this is your place.
What We Offer

The Role
The Powder Coater is responsible for the complete main powder coating process — from moving parts into the booth to delivering a finish that meets our quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Move sandblasted parts into the paint booth
- Remove debris from parts using an air hose
- Coat parts using approved procedures per specifications
- Ensure strict quality standards are met on every part
- Maintain and clean equipment regularly
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related equipment
- Ability to read and operate basic measurement tools (tape measure, calipers, protractor)
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and consistency
- Self-motivated and responsive to production requirements
- Team player who puts the group's success first
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2–5 years of powder coating experience required
- Reliable transportation; must comply with attendance policy
