HPAG is currently seeking a Sales Administrator. As a team and company, we support a collaborative environment and value open participation from individuals with different ideas, experiences, and perspectives. 

Responsibilities and essential job functions include, but are not limited to the following

  • Complete daily Amazon order entry and oversight for all HPAG brands.
  • Complete sales order entry and monitor orders for pricing, customer information, and potential processing issues.
  • Manage drop-ship orders and coordinate with the appropriate departments for processing and fulfillment.
  • Set up and maintain dealer accounts, including tax certifications, account updates, and Preferred Dealer accounts.
  • Process Sales RMAs, warranties, returns, cancellations, and refunds and ensure requests are sent to the appropriate departments for further action.
  • Manage PDM data entry and review data feed submissions for accuracy and consistency.
  • Monitor the compliance inbox and communicate with dealers/jobbers regarding violations and required follow-up.
  • Work with Sales, Shipping, Technical Support, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve order issues, product compatibility concerns, delivery problems, and special requests.
  • Provide quotes, lead times, and shipping information for international customers.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of HPAG brands, products, policies, and offerings.
  • Work directly with Amazon customers to assist with order issues, product questions, returns, warranties, and shipping concerns.
  • Provide additional Customer Service support as needed, including assisting with inbound calls during periods of higher call volume.
  • Provide additional administrative support based on department and business needs.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities 

  • Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with formulas, lookups, filtering, and managing larger data sets is preferred.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn and work within multiple systems and platforms.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adjust to changing priorities.
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify when an issue needs to be escalated.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.

Summary of Experience and Education

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Previous sales administration, data entry, order processing, or customer service experience preferred.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 15–25 pounds.
  • Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk, and hear as required to perform job duties.
