The Role
adMarketplace focuses on improving the search journey for consumers through innovative search media solutions. We are looking for a Product Manager II who will be responsible for building products to transform consumers’ online search experiences through machine learning and generative AI. You’ll work with internal and external stakeholders to address new challenges and drive business outcomes. A successful candidate is curious, creative, passionate about consumer experience, and will be able to make data-driven decisions.
What You’ll Do
- Own the full lifecycle of product development from ideation to market launch to iteration
- Analyze data to make informed product decisions on features and prioritization
- Define key metrics and monitor a product’s success pre and post launch
- Create product requirements based on business strategy
- Work closely with the engineering and UX teams to deliver a successful solution
- Collaborate with stakeholders (internal and external) and the executive team to understand use-cases and validate product strategy
Qualifications
- BA/BS in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Design or comparable discipline
- 3-5+ years of product management or related experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams without formal authority
- Ability to think strategically and prioritize product requirements
- Highly analytical; able to make data-informed decisions
- Love tackling complex problems in fast-paced environments and have the grit and creativity to get to a great solution
- Passionate about consumer experience and online shopping
- Prior experience building Machine Learning / AI powered products is a plus
*Compensation Range: $120,000 - $180,000

Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience; training; associated responsibilities; and other business and organizational needs.
