ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA.

As a Seasonal Optimizer on our ESP Information Services Team, you’ll help enhance product descriptions for stronger SEO visibility. Your work will involve analyzing product lines, websites, and marketing materials to identify key industries and develop compelling, accurate, and grammatically consistent copy.

You'll collaborate in a fast-paced, friendly environment. We're looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and collaborative—someone who thrives both independently and in a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and evaluate client product lines using ESP platforms, websites, and sales materials.
• Write optimized product descriptions based on existing content and client-provided collateral.
• Edit and format descriptions for clarity, grammar, and consistency.
• Utilize internet tools and internal data to identify keywords for descriptions and metadata fields.

Qualifications:

• Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content tailored for SEO and marketing purposes.
• Availability to work Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM (no nights or weekends!)
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel (data manipulation skills).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM / 5,000 KSPH.
• Writing related degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
