People Experience (PX) Coordinator

ASI currently has a hybrid work model. This position requires in person attendance at our office in Trevose, PA, a minimum of 3 days per week (Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays), and up to 4 days per week as requested.
The People Experience (PX) Coordinator plays a critical role in providing high-quality administrative support to the People Experience team. This position is instrumental in ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive employee experience throughout every stage of the employee lifecycle at ASI.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People Experience, the PX Coordinator will collaborate with and support a dedicated and dynamic team of professionals. We are looking for someone who is highly attentive to detail and exhibits great organizational and interpersonal skills
The salary range for this position is $52,000-$55,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact, greeting visitors in the department and addressing inquiries and concerns, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Scheduling meetings, preparing/maintaining reports, and supporting processes, programs and projects as needed.
- Managing employee surveys, analyzing feedback and collecting additional information as needed.
- Processing transfers, promotions and other updates including drafting letters, updating records and communicating with payroll, HRIS and other internal teams.
- Updating and maintaining accurate employee records and HRIS data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
- Updating policies, procedures and communications on ASI365, in-office bulletin boards, company emails, meeting agendas, etc.
- Maintaining and enhancing internal communications related to PX policies, procedures, programs and initiatives.
- Conducting onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Support recruiting processes by drafting and posting job ads, pro-actively sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews (in-person and virtual), communicating updates to candidates, collecting manager feedback, and preparing job descriptions.
- Maintaining our applicant tracking systems (ATS) by updating candidate records, tracking progress, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Completing reference checks, education verifications and background checks.
- Maintaining the employee referral program.
- Processing and supporting employee benefits administration and ASI’s BeWell Benefits and Wellness programs as needed.
- Maintaining the department’s social media program and creating relevant content.
- Providing support to ASI’s Diversity & Inclusion Council, BeWell and other committees as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a Business Admin/ Human Resources major preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience providing cross-functional administrative support to a department.
- Displays excellent attention to detail, strong organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrates a high level of discretion and professionalism with sensitive information.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
