Commercial Incentives Manager

The Commercial Incentives Manager role is focused on designing, managing, and processing incentives for our global commercial teams. This role requires a meticulous individual with strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of commercial incentives and possess and the ability to make data-driven decisions. In addition, you will gain an intimate understanding of Adyen's commercial process, products, and ways of working. The successful candidate will ensure accurate and timely incentive payments, maintain detailed records, and collaborate with relevant stakeholders to resolve discrepancies.

You will optimize and improve incentive workflows, ensuring we have transparent, effective, and efficient processes. This involves supporting Global and Regional commercial leadership in defining how to optimize our incentive structure.

What You'll Do:

  • Analyze and optimize incentive structures and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of incentive payments.
  • Develop strategies to motivate and incentivize commercial teams.
  • Calculate and process commission payments globally, ensuring accuracy.
  • Manage and resolve incentive-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with leadership, finance, HR, and commercial teams.
  • Continuously improve and automate workflows and systems.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software to manage and track commissions.
  • Contribute to system improvements and the implementation of new tools.
  • Develop training materials and provide support on commission processes.

Who You Are:

  • 5+ years of experience in commercial incentives management, payroll, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Salesforce and Excel; experience with incentives/commissions tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • A team player who thrives on improving processes and driving efficiency.
