Senior Product Manager, Shopper Data Products

Adyen is continuously exploring new opportunities that address evolving merchant needs beyond our core payment offering. Leveraging our expansive and accurate understanding of consumers, we are identifying and pursuing new product areas that will expand our portfolio. We are seeking a high-impact, entrepreneurial Senior Product Manager that will be instrumental in building zero to one products, creating entirely new experiences and offerings that meet unmet merchant needs. The role requires thinking holistically about merchant problems, working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and other stakeholders, and guiding new products from inception through launch.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Strategy: Define product vision and strategy by deeply understanding merchant pain points, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Identify and validate new opportunities for growth.
  • Customer-Centric Development: Engage directly with merchants and leverage data to generate insights, guide product decisions, and prioritize initiatives that create value.
  • Zero-to-One Execution: Lead the full product lifecycle, from initial concept through to go-to-market strategy, ensuring alignment across stakeholders and partners to effectively deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
  • Build vs Buy Evaluations:  Assess when to build functionality in-house versus when to leverage third-party solutions through strategic partnerships. Make informed decisions that optimize for speed, cost, and long-term scalability.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and commercial teams to build and launch pilots/MVPs. Ensure clear communication and alignment across teams.
  • Performance & Iteration: Define metrics and KPIs to gauge the success of newly launched products, and iterate rapidly based on feedback, usage data, and changing market dynamics.
  • Stakeholder Management: Present product concepts, updates, and results to executive leadership and secure buy-in on product directions and investments.

Who You Are:

  • 5 + years of experience as a Product Manager in a SaaS environment, successfully leading cross-functional teams to develop and launch innovative software solutions.

Our ideal fit for this role is someone with the following attributes:

  • Customer Obsessed: You have a relentless focus on understanding and solving customer problems, and you use appropriate data and research to ensure solutions are  impactful.
  • Strategic Thinker: You are excited about creating something new, often from scratch, and you think big, connecting market opportunities with long-term business growth.
  • Results-Oriented: You have a proven track record of shipping products from zero to one. You’re motivated by delivering outcomes and can prioritize effectively to move the needle on important initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial: You thrive in ambiguity and are comfortable taking ownership of undefined spaces. You love exploring uncharted territories and have a bias toward action in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong Communicator: You can articulate complex ideas and align cross-functional teams around a shared vision. You know how to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization.
  • Simplifier: You have the ability to take an ambiguous or complex space and break it down into clear, actionable components. You help the team focus on the areas that matter most, making the problem space easier for your team to execute.
  • Analytical & Data-Driven: You ground decisions in data and are comfortable using both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform product development and iteration.
  • Adaptable & Resilient: You’re able to pivot quickly based on feedback or market shifts, and you maintain momentum even when faced with challenges or uncertainty.

OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
