Customer Interfaces

This team is the engine for user-centric improvements across the company. We build and maintain data products and tooling that give product and engineering teams a real-time view of user behavior and pain points. Data Analysts on this team don't just report but are also embedded within product teams, acting as strategic partners to guide them in making data-driven decisions that directly improve the products and the overall customer experience.

What you’ll do

• Drive Strategic Impact and Ownership: Lead high-impact data initiatives from hypothesis to measurable business results, acting as the primary data owner and setting the strategic direction for customer interface products.
• Act as a Strategic Partner and Collaborator: Embed within product and engineering teams to provide proactive data guidance, challenge product assumptions, and collaboratively identify opportunities that shape the product roadmap.
• Translate Insights into Compelling Narratives: Transform complex analytical findings into clear, concise, and persuasive data stories that influence and align both technical and non-technical business leaders on key decisions.
• Elevate Data Literacy and Best Practices: Champion the use of data by promoting sound analytical methodologies and ensuring high standards for data quality and usage across your product teams.
• Foster a Culture of Experimentation: Provide rigorous analysis and statistical guidance for all large-scale A/B testing and experimentation efforts, ensuring valid, actionable insights drive product iteration.

Who you are

• A seasoned Data Analyst with 6+ years of experience, ideally in a fast-paced, product-focused setting, comfortable operating with significant autonomy.
• Technically Proficient: Highly skilled in SQL, Python, and BI tools (e.g., Looker). You are also familiar with data pipeline tooling (like Airflow, Hadoop).
• Experimentation and Statistical Expert: Proven experience in designing, driving, and rigorously analyzing large-scale experiments and A/B tests, including statistical analysis, that lead to significant, scalable business impact.
• Strategic Executor: You excel at breaking down complex problems, prioritizing effectively, leading impactful projects, and aligning your work with strategic goals.
• Effective Communicator: An excellent communicator in English who can deal with ambiguity, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and translate complex insights for both technical and non-technical audiences in a global team.
• Curious and Scalable Mindset: You possess a curious mindset, with a continuous drive to iterate, improve, and find better, scalable solutions.
