Head of Product Analytics, Customer Experience

Chicago

This is Adyen

Adyen provides payments, data, and financial products in a single solution for customers like Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft - making us the financial technology platform of choice. At Adyen, everything we do is engineered for ambition.

For our teams, we create an environment with opportunities for our people to succeed, backed by the culture and support to ensure they are enabled to truly own their careers. We are motivated individuals who tackle unique technical challenges at scale and solve them as a team. Together, we deliver innovative and ethical solutions that help businesses achieve their ambitions faster.

About the role

Adyen seeks a leader for its product analytics team, focused on customer experiences across onboarding, customer area and dashboards, developer platform, and the end-to-end customer lifecycle. This is a high-impact role with an opportunity to build foundational analytics capabilities, partnering with data engineering and product to land a data strategy that will lead to enhanced customer understanding, experimentation, and AI-powered experiences. This is a management role with individual contributors embedded within the product teams.

Adyen is seeking a senior leader to build and scale its Product Analytics function, with a mandate to unify how product performance, customer behavior, and experimentation are measured across the end-to-end customer lifecycle.

As Adyen continues to consolidate its platforms, customer interfaces, and developer experiences into a more cohesive “one-platform” model, this role will establish the analytics foundation that enables faster learning, better decision-making, and durable product advantage. You will partner closely with Product, Data Engineering, and Commercial leadership to turn rich but fragmented data into clear insight that guides strategy, prioritization, and execution.

This is a people-leadership role with individual contributors embedded in product teams, combined with clear accountability for analytics standards, quality, and impact across the organization.

What You Will Accomplish

  • Unify analytics into a coherent system
Bring together analytics efforts that are currently distributed across teams into a shared, scalable framework that spans onboarding, customer area, dashboards, developer platform, and the full customer lifecycle.

  • Create a shared definition of success
Establish clear, consistent success metrics, funnels, and KPIs so product teams and leaders operate from a common understanding of performance and outcomes.

  • Make analytics a strategic decision driver
Elevate analytics from reporting to influence—equipping leadership with actionable insight to guide product strategy, investment decisions, and tradeoffs.

  • Operationalize experimentation at scale
Increase the velocity, rigor, and consistency of experimentation by embedding repeatable testing and learning practices into how product teams work.

  • Scale data quality and governance with platform complexity
Implement the standards, processes, and partnerships needed to maintain trusted, high-quality data as Adyen’s products, customers, and platform surface area continue to grow.

  • Prepare the data foundation for AI-enabled experiences
Drive the data cleanup, consistency, and maintenance required to fully unlock future opportunities in AI-powered products and customer experiences.

Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
