Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify, and build a strong sales pipeline
- Close deals and consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual booking targets
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships that unlock growth opportunities
- Partner with Marketing to drive customer meetups, events, and regional campaigns
Experience
- Minimum 10 years of sales or account management experience in a software company
- Strong background in hunting enterprise accounts across the India region
- Experience working with the banking and financial services sector, particularly in Mumbai
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets over the last 5 years
- Database experience is a strong plus
- Familiarity with MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies is a bonus
- Background in product sales is preferred
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required
- MBA is a plus
