Office and Global Employee Experience Manager

As the Office and Global Employee Experience Manager, you’ll drive an exceptional employee experience for all Aerospike employees. Reporting to the Chief People Officer, you will own the strategic direction and execution of creating an engaging and inclusive environment where Aerospike employees can thrive.

This role will play a critical part in shaping how employees experience Aerospike! You’ll champion our core values, and ensure all Aerospike employees feel connected and engaged, regardless of where they are located. You’ll also have the opportunity to partner closely with our global People team, working together to create a memorable employee experience. This role requires working from the office four days per week, with occasional weeks requiring five days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute an employee experience strategy to deliver impactful initiatives to engage and retain Aerospike employees, ultimately enhancing their employee experience.
  • Identify and amplify moments that matter throughout the Aerospike employee journey, ensuring employees feel valued and can bring their authentic self to work.
  • Champion our employee values, finding creative ways to continually embed our core values into employee programs such as: anniversary programs, great place to work initiatives, holidays programming, site/office wide gatherings, etc’.
  • Manage our Mountain View office and WeWork spaces across the globe, while also building a remote employee community where all employees feel engaged and connected. For the Mountain View office this includes also:
    • Ordering supplies, coordinating restocks, being the liaison to building management, and office service providers as well as overseeing office food and snack programs
    • Maintain the overall look and feel of the office to ensure a welcoming and productive work environment 
  • Administer the office and experience team budget in alignment with the Employee Experience strategy.
  • Oversee and lead cross-functional working groups to drive key initiatives; build relationships with cross-functional partners (Global People Team, IT, Finance,etc) to drive change across the company.
  • Develop engaging and informative employee communications designed to keep employees excited and informed about Employee Experience programs.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A minimum of 4+ years of experience in an employee experience role within the high-tech industry, with at least 8+ years of overall professional experience.
  • Service-Oriented Mindset: A strong passion for supporting employees, anticipating their needs, and creating a positive and seamless experience at every touchpoint.
  • Global Perspective: Experience working with distributed teams across different cultures and time zones.
  • Project Management: Strong ability to design, execute, and measure people-focused programs.
  • Creativity: Proven track record of thinking outside the box to boost morale, connection, or celebration—even under tight budgets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and inspire employees at all levels.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Experience using employee insights, surveys, and analytics to drive decision-making and to measure the impact of employee experience initiatives.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work cross-functionally with leadership, the People team, and employees to create meaningful impact.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and scaling employee experience initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
