DESCRIPTION:

The Senior Partner, Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and growing our strategic channel partnerships, enabling Aetion to expand its impact within the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. You will be responsible for developing go-to-market (GTM) plans, fostering co-selling opportunities, and ensuring the success of our partners.

The ideal candidate will bring a combination of deep industry expertise, strategic thinking, and operational excellence to build and maintain a robust partner ecosystem that drives measurable business outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

Build and Manage Strategic Relationships

    • Own a portfolio of high-value channel partners, serving as their main point of contact and advocate within Aetion.
    • Develop long-term collaboration plans aligned with Aetion’s growth objectives.

Drive Go-to-Market Success

    • Craft and execute joint GTM strategies to promote Aetion’s products and services through channel partnerships.
    • Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, sales, and product, to support partner enablement and campaign execution.

Lead Co-Selling Initiatives

    • Identify joint sales opportunities, manage account planning, and facilitate co-selling engagements between partners and Aetion’s sales team.
    • Develop sales forecasts and track progress against partner-specific sales targets.

Facilitate Partner Enablement and Performance

    • Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they effectively communicate Aetion’s value proposition.
    • Use CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to monitor partner performance and ensure adherence to agreed-upon KPIs.

Monitor and Optimize Partnerships

    • Conduct regular business reviews to assess partner performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
    • Negotiate and renew contracts to ensure mutual value and long-term alignment.

QUALIFICATIONS*

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA or equivalent is preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry, with a focus on Real World Data (RWD) and/or Real World Evidence (RWE).
  • Proven ability to manage channel partners and execute indirect sales strategies for enterprise solutions.
  • Prior experience working with Amazon Web Services (AWS) in a channel capacity is a plus.
  • Proven experience managing GTM strategies, contractual negotiations, and pipeline management.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce) and adept at leveraging data for decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
