The Role
We are looking for a proactive Working Student to join our Client Advisory & Solutions team and support our business development activities. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within the investment industry while working closely with experienced professionals.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and improve presentations and client materials
- Support the preparation and follow-up of meetings and proposals
- Maintain CRM data and support pipeline management
- Conduct market and competitor research
- Coordinate information gathering for RFPs and RFIs
- Support client and prospect events
- Assist with business development initiatives and commercial projects
- Help identify and implement process improvements
About You
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or a related field
- Interested in investments and financial markets
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proactive, hands-on and eager to learn
- Strong communication skills
- Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office
- Familiar with CRM systems and AI tools such as Copilot

Additional information
- Available approximately 2 days per week

An initial 3-month contract with the possibility of extension
- The role is a full-time position; 4 days per week is negotiable.
