In This Role, You Will:

• Build and grow strong relationships with your customers.
• Conduct regular account reviews to identify opportunities for expansion.
• Negotiate rates and build pricing strategies that drive profitability.
• Provide proactive communication and real-time problem-solving on every shipment.
• Master AFC’s TMS (Mcleod) , Google tools, and customer portals to optimize efficiency.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure flawless load execution and on-time delivery.

• Strong relationship-builder who loves sales and customer service.
• Natural problem-solver with a bias for action and urgency.
• Strategic thinker who understands market trends and pricing.
• Organized and detail-oriented with strong follow-through.
• Experience in transportation/logistics is preferred but not required — attitude is everything.

Compensation: Starting at $50,000 per year salary plus commission.
