What You'll Do

• Secure Capacity: Build a strong network of trusted carrier partners to match our customers' freight needs.
  
  
• Negotiate Like a Pro: Lock in competitive rates and close deals in a high-energy, high-volume setting.
  
  
• Drive Carrier Loyalty: Cultivate long-term partnerships with carriers to foster repeat business and reliability.
  
  
• Own the Outcome: Manage carrier performance from pickup to delivery, ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction.
  
  
• Solve Problems Fast: Address carrier issues head-on with clear communication and creative solutions.
  
  
• Stay Tech-Savvy: Use our Transportation Management System (TMS) and digital tools to track loads, manage pricing, and streamline communication.
  
  
• Keep It Clean: Ensure accuracy in pricing, invoicing, and carrier payments while maintaining compliance and documentation.
  
  
• Deliver Urgency: Move with speed and purpose to meet deadlines and avoid service disruptions.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in carrier sales, freight brokerage, or logistics.
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills—you know how to close and how to build trust.
  
  
• A confident communicator with the resilience to thrive in a competitive, high-pressure setting.
  
  
• Proactive, problem-solving mindset with a drive for results.
  
  
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  
  
• Proficiency with TMS platforms, Microsoft Office, and logistics technologies.
  
  

Compensation: Base salary Starting at $50,000 plus commissions
