Senior Business Operations Manager

As the Business Operations Manager, you will provide business strategy, data insights, and process transformation to enable our go-to-market teams to do what matters most. Our go-to-market teams include Marketing, Sales, and Post-Sales teams. You are someone who surrounds themselves with data and loves digging into process and technology to understand where improvements can be made. You are a switch hitter, someone who loves playing at both strategic and tactical levels, and who uses this to drive initiatives from inception to completion.
What You'll Do
- Collaborate across go-to-market teams to understand the challenges we face, identify the most impactful opportunities, and craft a roadmap to respond to them.
- Act as a catalyst by bringing the right teams and people together, and creating a structure where teams can move efficiently even in ambiguous situations.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Sales Enablement, Marketing Operations, Business Systems, and Business Intelligence to ensure the right tools, process, insights, and training are in place to enable strategic initiatives.
- Oversee business operations initiatives to ensure the information and support for programs are effectively delivered.
- Approach the work without ego and roll up your sleeves to tackle whatever needs to be done.
- Use qualitative and quantitative problem solving skills, establishing robust data streams and analytical processes to track and generate insights that substantiate your recommendations that enable responsive activities.
- Design, develop, test, and launch solutions across a wide technology stack including Salesforce, Outreach, Marketo, and Workato.
- Set and deliver on aggressive deadlines that drive yourself and the team around you to action, identifying and resolving roadblocks along the way.
- Own the problem solving and implementation of well-supported and high-impact solutions.
- Scale systems, processes, and workflows to ensure all activities in the go-to-market team are streamlined, efficient, and productive.
- Coach, support, and mentor junior resources across BizOps and supporting functions.
- Partner with teams and leaders across the organization to deliver projects that drive meaningful and measurable value across the organization.
- Manage vendor selection, relationships, and budgets when needed.

About You
- 4-5+ years experience in revenue operations, business operations, management consulting, or other relevant field.
- Deep experience and expertise in Salesforce, including process and dashboard design.
- Love for data and analytics, including a strong understanding of sales and marketing metrics and the ability to translate insights into revenue-focused recommendations.
- Ability to turn business requirements into reality, designing robust, intelligent, and scalable solutions with the right blend of declarative and custom development.
- Experience scaling go-to-market operations and demonstrated ability to define, refine, and implement go-to-market processes, procedures, and policies.
- Ability to go deep on problems and communicate credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Post-secondary education in computer science, business administration, or relevant discipline.
- Meticulous organization, detail orientation, and task-driven nature.
- Natural curiosity, proactive mindset, and the tenacity to challenge the status quo.
- Enthusiasm to learn a new, complex domain and the humility to ask for help when needed.
- Team player that is willing to step in for team members that need help.
- Strong deductive reasoning skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely to explain processes and resolve issues.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience in high-velocity, B2B SaaS sales
- Experience with Workato, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, Intercom, Highspot, and other integrations.
- Salesforce certification.
