THE ROLE
We are looking for a self-motivated, highly analytical and detail-oriented Senior Manager, Revenue to join the finance team reporting directly to the Senior Director, Growth Finance. In this position you will partner closely with cross-functional leaders across retention, GTM and brand partnerships to perform analysis, create metrics, and develop forecasts/insights that drive strategic business decisions. You will also be responsible for maintaining and developing the business’ revenue model.
The role is an opportunity to lead key work streams and get really involved with shaping our business. The successful candidate will have the ability to tackle multiple projects and efficiently execute deliverables, is a self-starter with strong business and financial modeling skills, has a keen attention to detail and good track record of influencing business partners. Strong oral and written communication skills are crucial, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, and problem-solve. A strong understanding of GAAP accounting principles is also essential.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Partner with leadership teams (VPs, Directors) across retention, GTM and brand partnerships to develop strategic analysis and lead financial management to support initiative planning, prioritization, and decision-making
- Develop models, create analysis and communicate findings on new initiatives though detailed revenue sizing, KPI outputs, short/long-term ROI planning and risk assessments
- Drive company-wide revenue modeling; responsible for Financial Planning and S&OP cycles working across cross-functional groups in multiple geographies to ensure accurate forecasting of customer acquisition, retention and revenue
- Own the consolidating of revenue model inputs ensuring data integrity, analysis of the financial outputs and translating them into insights
- Be the subject matter expert on the financial relationship between customer acquisition, retention, lifecycle engagement and the rest of the business; understanding and analyzing related market & channel trends
- Provide thought leadership behind improving and automating existing data models and business intelligence efforts
- Partner with FP&A teams as well as other business functions to drive regular business reviews and organizational accountability
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- 6+ years of experience in strategic finance, investment banking, private equity or a high growth startup
- Experience solving complex business challenges by delivering accurate timely and financial models, analysis, and recommendations that have a proven impact on business (eg, financial savings , operational improvements, or customer benefits) experience
- Experience identifying incomplete or inaccurate data, identifying the root cause and creating/implementing an escalation plan experience
- A very high level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets. Prior experience with tableau is a plus.
- Able to work with large amounts of data and detail without losing sight of the big picture
- Consumer ecommerce experience in a high growth global business. Strong preference for subscription experience.
- Independent and strategic thinker who develops views and proactively shares them to drive the business forward.
- Strong sense of narrative and ability to understand, articulate, and present the “So What?” of financial performance.

AG1 is dedicated to providing equitable and competitive compensation & benefits packages. For this particular role, the base salary range is $110,000 - $150,000 and will ultimately be decided at the offer stage, based on an individual candidate’s level of skills and experience aligned with the needs of this role. Base salary is one component of total compensation for this position. We provide a competitive mix of base salary, performance bonus, and stock option allocation for eligible roles.
