THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Product Information Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role is heavily administrative and tactical, responsible for managing Supply Chain data, specifically, Procurement and Sourcing data, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining master data across business systems. The ideal candidate will be a strong executor, ensuring alignment across cross-functional teams and acting as the source of truth for product data at AG1.

 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Serve as the primary owner of product data, ensuring all stakeholders (GTM, Supply Chain, Procurement, DIT, F&D) have access to accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Manage the SKU Master globally, overseeing product setup from PLM to NetSuite and 3PL.
  • Perform new item setups in NetSuite, ensuring seamless integration across systems.
  • Maintain and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in NetSuite.
  • Own the creation and management of Universal Product Codes (UPCs).
  • Oversee data hierarchy structure in collaboration with the Digital & IT (DIT) team.

 

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 1–3 years of experience in data administration, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable field, or equivalent work experience a plus.
  • Strong proficiency in NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Experience working with PLM systems and data hierarchy structures.
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and administrative skills.
  • Passion for customer service and ability to manage internal customers effectively.
  • Effective at cross-functional and cross-cultural teamwork.
  • Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to ensure data integrity across multiple systems.
  • Responsive to field needs with a strong sense of urgency.
