Opportunity

We are seeking a Content Marketing Specialist to craft impactful content that drives awareness, engagement, and adoption of Airbyte’s data integration solutions. This role will focus on creating practitioner-driven materials tailored to technical audiences, such as data engineers and architects, as well as decision-makers seeking insights and thought leadership. You will collaborate closely with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Developer Relations teams to align content with product messaging, personas, and the customer journey. Your ability to simplify complex technical topics and deliver engaging content across various channels will be critical to your success.

What You'll Do
  • Support the marketing funnel: Create content across funnel stages, including thought leadership articles to build awareness, in-depth guides and gated assets to nurture engagement, and case studies to drive conversions.
  • Write and review marketing content: Produce and review website copy and campaign assets like nurture email sequences and other materials to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing: Work closely with PMMs to ensure all content reflects Airbyte’s product messaging and branding while addressing key technical and business challenges.
  • Enable campaigns: Partner with Demand Generation to produce content assets that include landing pages, lead-generation materials, and performance-driven web content.
  • Support Developer Relations: Collaborate with DevRel by reviewing technical content and contributing to blueprints that align with Airbyte’s messaging and user needs.
  • Leverage data for optimization: Use analytics to evaluate content performance, refine strategies, and improve reach and engagement.
  • Highlight customer success: Craft and promote customer stories that showcase Airbyte’s impact on modern data workflows and AI-powered innovation.
  • Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all content reflects Airbyte’s voice, values, and leadership in the open-source and data integration ecosystem.
 
What You'll Need
  • 3+ years of experience in content marketing and 5+ in other related fields, technical writing, or a related field, ideally within the data integration or technology industry.
  • Familiarity with technical audiences: Proven ability to create content for data engineers, architects, or technical decision-makers, simplifying complex concepts effectively.
  • Experience supporting all funnel stages: Ability to craft content that builds awareness, nurtures engagement, and drives conversions across the ToFu, MoFu, and BoFu stages.
  • Strong collaboration skills: Experience working with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Developer Relations to align content with business and technical goals.
  • Technical understanding: Knowledge of data engineering, AI workflows, or the challenges of modern data integration is a strong plus.
  • SEO and analytics expertise: Familiarity with SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools to optimize content strategies and measure effectiveness.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills: A proven track record of creating polished, high-quality content across multiple formats, with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.

  • San Francisco Bay Area. Onsite, 3x per week. 

     

Salary
  • for this job- $113,000- $135,000 +  a generous equity package, and benefits listed above for US Market.
