Product Marketing Lead
As the Product Marketing Lead at Airbyte, you will shape our narrative and drive our market presence. Working closely with both Product and Marketing teams, you'll develop and execute a comprehensive product marketing strategy that resonates across every channel—from our website and demand generation efforts to sales enablement. You'll refine our positioning and messaging, spearhead product launches and distribution initiatives, and play a pivotal role in building and scaling our product marketing organization. - Refine Messaging & Positioning: Develop compelling messaging for Airbyte by refining positioning guides, messaging pillars, solution briefs, and other enablement materials.
- Integrated Campaign Collaboration: Partner with demand generation to create impactful assets and resources for integrated marketing campaigns.
- Unified Communication Strategy: Work closely with Marketing, Developer Relations, and Sales to ensure cohesive messaging, targeted positioning, and effective enablement—developing essential tools such as pitch decks, battlecards, and discovery questionnaires.
- Industry & Competitive Insight: Become an expert on customer needs, industry trends, and competitors in the Data Integration space through thorough analysis.
- Product Launch Excellence: Oversee product launches and releases by coordinating the creation of comprehensive internal and external materials with Product and Engineering teams.
- AR Strategy Leadership: Own and implement the AR strategy to drive business growth.
- Website Optimization: Lead website enhancement projects, continuously optimizing the site to support marketing campaigns and boost engagement.
- 5+ years of experience in B2B and dev tool product marketing
- Obsessive about understanding our customers and their challenges.
- Collaborative and supportive while working.
- Able to prioritize ruthlessly. You possess the ability to work on multiple projects while focusing the right level of effort on each.
- Passionate about understanding and explaining your products, especially through the written word.
- Very strong with written communication (writing samples required).
- Skilled at editing. Able to make the original source clear and concise.
- Committed to being an awesome teammate. You work with appropriate urgency but are able to motivate cross-functional teams with your passion and vision.
