Role Summary:

Serving as a leader by providing guidance to service providers regarding safety, customer servic,e and performance management to ensure level of standards are maintained. This is an exciting, fast-paced, and time-critical place to be, right at the center of the action.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct accident/incident investigations to determine root causes, including all reporting involved with the accident/incident
  • Answer inquiries in-person, by telephone or by email
  • Greet, check in and assist passengers
  • Be accessible for contact and assistance when there are active Air North flights en-route or on-the-ground
  • Process payments for tickets, cargo or baggage fees
  • Acquire and maintain Air North’s Above-the-Wing and Below-the-Wing operational knowledge to provide active leadership on Air North operations
  • Supervise and support the Ground Handler, ensuring they have the required and necessary operational assets to deliver a safe and positive service to Air North’s guests

Must haves:

  • Valid Drivers License 
  • Must be physically fit (able to bend, kneel, crawl, stoop, climb and lift up to 75 pounds repetitively)
  • A strong sense of accountability, honesty, and responsibility in all tasks, supporting the trust that we have built with passengers, partners, and communities
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to our unique mission, whether that’s through direct customer service, operational excellence, or behind-the-scenes support
  • Must be a legally entitled to work in Canada

Nice to haves:

  • Minimum of 6 months experience in a supervisory role
