Director of Corporate Finance

As Director of Corporate Finance, you'll own the financial engine that powers Airtable's strategic decision-making. From leading company-wide FP&A and long-range planning to partnering directly with executive and board leadership, this is a high-visibility role at a critical stage of the company's growth. You'll have the scope to build and scale — not just maintain — and your work will directly shape how Airtable allocates resources, measures performance, and operates at scale.
What you'll do
- Lead company-wide FP&A, including budgeting, reforecasting, long-range planning, and cash flow forecasting.
- Own the full P&L across G&A, R&D, and Product, with a focus on operational efficiency and financial clarity.
- Develop and maintain executive- and board-facing materials, including metric packs and KPI frameworks benchmarked against top SaaS companies.
- Build and run the headcount and OpEx planning process in close partnership with HR and department leaders.
- Drive finance systems maturity by leading ERP adoption, enabling audit readiness, and establishing structured planning cadences.
- Build a scalable finance data architecture to support standardized reporting and decision-making.
Who you are
- You have a Master's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or closely related quantitative discipline and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field, OR Bachelor's degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, or closely related quantitative discipline and ten (10) years of progressively responsible experience in the job offered or in any occupation in related field
- You have these skills: (1) Build and scale FP&A functions, long-range models, and cross-functional planning processes; (2) Unit economics; (3) Financial close and accounting best practices; (4) ERP systems; (5) Business intelligence tools; (6) Financial modeling; (7) Predictive analytics and forecasting; (8) Strategic finance; (9) Risk management and cost analysis; and (10) Pre- and post-IPO financial planning, public company reporting, and board material preparations
- Any suitable combination of education, training and experience is acceptable
- Full-time telecommuting is an option

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience.

For work locations in the San Francisco Bay Area, Seattle, New York City, and Los Angeles, the base salary range for this role is:
$310,000 - $354,835 USD
