The Team

We are a small but passionate team of 100+ based in the Bay Area. Aisera’s seasoned founding team has led companies through several prior successful startups and acquisitions. The Role
As the VP of Channels and Alliances, you will be responsible for developing and executing our global channel and alliance strategy. You will build and nurture relationships with key partners, create new revenue streams, and expand our market reach.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive channel and alliance strategy aligned with our company's goals
- Build and manage a high-performing team of channel and alliance professionals
- Identify, recruit, and onboard strategic partners (resellers, system integrators, MSPs, technology partners)
- Design and execute partner programs, including training, certification, and incentive structures
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure alignment and support for partner initiatives
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the partner ecosystem
- Represent the company at industry events and foster relationships with key decision-makers
- Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue growth
- Ensure partner satisfaction and success through ongoing engagement and support
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in channel sales, partnerships, or alliances, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of building and scaling successful partner programs in the enterprise SaaS industry
- Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and the role of partners in complex B2B environments
- Experience with both traditional reseller models and cloud/SaaS partnership structures
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
