The Role: 

We are looking for an HRIS Product Manager (Inbound) to drive the development and enhancement of Aisera’s AI-powered Human Resource Information System (HRIS) solutions. As an inbound Product Manager, you will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, HR stakeholders, and data science teams to shape product strategy, define requirements, and optimize HR automation workflows. Your work will focus on integrating AI-driven efficiencies into HR operations, enabling seamless employee experience and enterprise productivity.

This role is based out of our Palo Alto, CA office, and an Onsite interview is required as part of the process (with some flexibility to WFH).

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered HRIS solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and HR technology trends.
  • Requirement Gathering: Work closely with HR teams, customers, and internal stakeholders to collect feedback and translate HR process needs into functional and technical product requirements.
  • AI & Automation Integration: Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to incorporate AI/ML-driven automation into HR workflows, including employee self-service, case management, and talent management.
  • Feature Prioritization: Evaluate and prioritize HRIS product features based on impact, feasibility, compliance, and competitive market analysis.
  • User Experience & Adoption: Partner with UX teams to create intuitive employee self-service experiences that enhance HR efficiency and employee engagement.
  • HR Tech & Compliance Alignment: Ensure HRIS solutions align with industry regulations, data privacy laws, and enterprise security best practices.
  • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about HR technology trends, competitor offerings, and industry best practices to maintain Aisera’s competitive edge in HR automation.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the bridge between HR, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to drive seamless product execution.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product management experience, with a focus on HRIS, HCM, and enterprise SaaS solutions. Experience with AI-driven HR tech is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, UKG, Oracle HCM), and HR compliance standards.
  • Familiarity with AI, automation, APIs, and integrations in enterprise HR environments. Hands-on experience with AI-driven HR solutions is a plus.
  • Ability to interpret HR data, user feedback, and AI-driven insights to make data-driven product decisions.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and managing end-to-end product lifecycles.
  • Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
  • Excellent ability to articulate HR technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering (MBA preferred)
