Location:
Ideally, this role will be based at Akaysha's Head Office in Melbourne, Cremorne. We'd also consider our Sydney office as an alternate location.

The role:
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure consistent application of brand guidelines across all communications and marketing materials.
- Monitor brand integrity and consistency across all internal and external touchpoints.
- Support ELT and leadership team with the creation and polish of presentations
- Manage Akaysha’s merchandise
- Create and manage corporate marketing materials i.e. Akaysha Capability statement, Akaysha brand reel
- Create, curate, and manage content for use across various platforms including internally, the company website, LinkedIn, YouTube
- Develop engaging and relevant social media content that aligns with Akaysha's brand strategy and business objectives.
- Engage and manage agencies to support the development of video content where required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather content ideas and ensure messaging aligns with corporate goals.
- Content management of external digital platforms (website, LinkedIn, YouTube, Streem), scheduling and posting content.
- Oversee the regular updates of Akaysha's website to ensure it is current and reflective of the brand.
- Monitor and respond to the website inbox and LinkedIn messages
- Track, analyse and report on website, social media and media metrics to inform content strategy and improve engagement.
- Maintain the Marketing Calendar including a schedule of relevant conferences for Akaysha to attend and speak
- Coordinate attendance at relevant conferences by Akaysha employees
- Promote opportunities internally to attend conferences as part of employees Professional Development budget.
- Work closely with the GM of Marketing, GM of Corporate Affairs, and the Community Engagement Manager to plan and execute external stakeholder events (such as Site Launches and Investor Days)
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, invitations, and on-the-day management.
- Ensure all events align with Akaysha’s brand and business objectives and effectively communicate key messages to stakeholders.

What you'll bring:
- 5+ years’ experience in a marketing role
- Content creation and digital platform experience (social media with a focus on LinkedIn, website management, data and analytics)
- Events management experience
- Experience developing corporate marketing materials and presentations
- Brand management (prepare and execute on creative briefs, maintenance of brand integrity, working with creative and web agencies)
- Marketing operations and Planning - managing a Marketing and Communications Calendar
- Analytical skills - proficiency in extracting and interpreting data to establish baseline metrics and KPIs.
- Proficiency with PowerPoint
- Stakeholder management - synthesising stakeholder inputs and communicating a view on the right path forward to achieve the outcome
