As an SDR, you will play a key role in driving company growth by sourcing, developing, and qualifying leads for our Account Executives. You’ll have the opportunity to help expand Noonlight’s footprint across various industries: IoT, residential and commercial security, SaaS, automotive, health, and more—by connecting cutting-edge technology with companies looking to elevate trust and safety for their users. This position is ideal for a self-starter who is passionate about technology, safety, and making a real-world impact.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research potential customers across Noonlight’s core markets (IoT, consumer apps, connected devices, B2B brands, and platforms), leveraging tools like HubSpot, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn.
  • Conduct targeted outbound calls, emails, and social media messages to initiate conversations and generate interest in Noonlight’s emergency response solutions.
  • Qualify leads by understanding the prospect’s product, safety needs, market segment, and potential fit with Noonlight’s offerings.
  • Nurture relationships and schedule discovery calls for Account Executives.
  • Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of all sales development activity in Noonlight’s CRM, HubSpot.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop, test, and evolve effective outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand evolving product features and market positioning.
  • Meet or exceed monthly targets for discovery meetings, qualified leads, and pipeline generation.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive solutions, and emerging technology in safety, IoT, API services, and monitoring.
  • Represent Noonlight at conferences, webinars, and industry events as necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a sales, sales development, or customer-facing role—ideally within SaaS, API platforms, IoT, startup, or B2B technology environments.
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to engage prospects via phone, email, and social channels; experience making high-volume outbound calls.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process—lead generation, prospect qualification, and appointment-setting.
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator or similar).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical solutions to non-technical audiences.
  • Highly self-motivated, organized, and adaptable; thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales development targets.
  • Collaborative team player with a desire to grow into a sales or customer success role.
  • Passion for technology, safety, and/or experience working with APIs or B2B software preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to 10% for trade shows, events, or meetings as needed.
