  • Lead stand-up meetings, and code reviews focused on frontend architecture and performance
  • Develop and enforce best practices for frontend infrastructure, emphasizing high performance, accessibility, and iteration speed
  • Collaborate with backend engineers, technical leaders, product managers, and designers to deliver cohesive, end-to-end solutions
  • Define the vision for the the SDK (across a wide range of platforms and features) that enables our customers to connect to onchain rails and experiences.
  • Drive adoption of modern frontend tooling, frameworks, and practices to enhance developer experience and user satisfaction
  • Champion best practices around code quality, type safety, and API design keeping developer ergonomics in mind
  • Evangelize for developer experience to other product teams and help them build beautiful, intuitive experiences
  • Develop roadmap planning and open-source ecosystem projects
What We're Looking For:
  • You’re excited about where Web3 could go next, and you can translate that excitement into technical vision and practical frontend architectures.
  • You have strong opinions about good developer tools and frameworks, and you can guide a team toward building maintainable, scalable frontend systems.
  • You ship high-quality products, set the bar for engineering excellence, and foster a culture of continuous feedback by listening to users and iterating quickly.
  • You have 8+ years of industry experience, with at least 3+ years leading frontend teams or projects—preferably in scrappy, high-growth startup environments as a founder, tech lead, or early hire.
  • You have a BS/BA in Computer Science (or equivalent practical experience).
  • You’re proficient with JavaScript/TypeScript, have deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks (React, Next.js), and an expert-level command of CSS (Tailwind experience is a plus).
  • You have a proven track record of designing component libraries, establishing coding standards, and driving architectural decisions that balance speed and scalability.
  • You’re comfortable owning the end-to-end frontend experience, from performance optimization and accessibility to CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.

Classification of protected categories is as follows:

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
