About the Role

Alchemy’s mission is to bring blockchain to a billion people — and that means building the best sales team in Web3. As our first Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll be the force multiplier behind a world-class revenue team. You’ll design and run programs that sharpen our execution, accelerate onboarding, and scale consistency across every AE, SDR, and leader selling Alchemy’s full product suite — from Rollups and Wallets to Solana and Data Services. If you love blending GTM strategy with hands-on sales excellence, this role is your stage.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead all enablement, onboarding, and training initiatives across the global Sales org
  • Architect the 30/60/90 onboarding plan and build Notion-based hubs for fast self-learning
  • Run bi-weekly training sessions and sales checkrides — covering discovery, product deep dives, pricing, and competitive positioning
  • Partner with Sales Leadership to drive certification programs (e.g. new chain rollout, new pricing mastery)
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing to translate launches into sales talk tracks and objection handling guides
  • Build and maintain Alchemy’s GTM playbooks, ensuring consistency in messaging and process (MEDDPICC, Perfect Call, etc.)
  • Analyze enablement impact using performance data: ramp time, certification adoption, win-rate lift, and call quality
  • Act as the connective tissue between Sales, Product, and Marketing — ensuring tight feedback loops and GTM alignment
  • Continuously evolve Alchemy’s enablement engine as we scale globally (APAC, enterprise, and 0-1 new product segments)
What we’re looking for
  • 4+ years experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Operations, or Sales Leadership at a high-growth SaaS or Web3 company
  • Strong grasp of SaaS sales processes, from outbound prospecting to complex enterprise deals
  • Proven ability to design and deliver impactful training — both live and async
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills; able to inspire confidence across sales teams and leadership
  • Experience leveraging Momentum, Pocus, and Salesforce systems to measure enablement outcomes
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and can execute end-to-end
Nice to Haves
  • Experience scaling enablement programs at Series B–D startup or similar hypergrowth company
  • Background in crypto infrastructure, developer tools, or data platforms
  • Understanding of Web3 infrastructure, developer platforms, and blockchain ecosystems
  • Familiarity with Solana, Rollup ecosystems, or Wallet Services GTM
  • Experience supporting global sales teams (especially APAC)
  • Certified in MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar sales methodologies

Voluntary Self-Identification of Disability

Form CC-305
OMB Control Number 1250-0005
Expires 04/30/2026

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. We have a goal of having at least 7% of our workers as people with disabilities. The law says we must measure our progress towards this goal. To do this, we must ask applicants and employees if they have a disability or have ever had one. People can become disabled, so we need to ask this question at least every five years.

Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
