Junior Market Research Analyst
About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Junior Market Research Analyst to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for conducting market research on our industry and competitors, while accurately entering and updating data into our systems and databases, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Reports to: Sales Operations Manager
Pay Classification: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research on companies within the security compliance industry
- Accurately enter collected data into the company's database and spreadsheets
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before submission
- Hold regular progress meetings with manager to refine research criteria and ensure alignment with business objectives
- Maintain and update databases and spreadsheets as needed
- Assist in generating reports based on the collected data
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and consistency
- Perform regular data quality checks and audits
- Provide support to the manager and other team members as required
Minimum Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree
Experience:
- Proven experience in data entry or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
Skills:
- Experience with market research techniques and tools.
- Familiarity with database management systems.
- Basic understanding of data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to meet deadlines with a high degree of motivation
