Candidate should be proactive, organized, and highly self-motivated. In the role, they will be expected to manage the day-to-day functions on at least two major client accounts. The role’s main responsibility will be to identify, secure, and execute impactful and strategic brand partnerships in support of client IP/initiatives. Of course, across all projects, the Director shall focus on excellence of work product, from the smallest details (spelling, grammar, consistency, etc.) to larger, big picture thinking, particularly as they juggle competing priorities.

The Director should take pride in understanding their account(s) intimately, but also the company’s larger strategy and capabilities, with a grasp on all Partnerships clients. Their ultimate goal should be in delivering knock-out results to the benefit of the clients, company, partners, and fans. The candidate will have skills in pitching, presentations, creative and other abilities pertinent to the field.

Why are you being asked to complete this form?

We are a federal contractor or subcontractor. The law requires us to provide equal employment opportunity to qualified people with disabilities. Completing this form is voluntary, and we hope that you will choose to do so. Your answer is confidential. No one who makes hiring decisions will see it. Your decision to complete the form and your answer will not harm you in any way. If you want to learn more about the law or this form, visit the U.S. Department of Labor’s Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) website at www.dol.gov/ofccp.
