Summary
We’re in an exciting phase of growth and looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to play a key role in shaping our financial future. Reporting directly to the VP of FP&A, this role is critical to our strategic decision-making process—combining rigorous financial analysis, forecasting expertise, and business partnership.
This is a high-impact position with direct exposure to senior leadership. You'll help drive operational excellence and unlock insights that fuel long-term growth, making you an integral part of our expanding finance team.
This is a full-time, exempt hybrid position.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver accurate and insightful financial and operational analysis to key stakeholders, including executives, lenders, and investors.
- Lead forecasting initiatives, identifying emerging trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Maintain and enhance comprehensive financial models and forecasts—including P&L statements, cash flow, and key metrics—to assess performance and guide decision-making.
- Build and maintain dynamic, scenario-driven models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data collection and validation.
- Present strategic insights and financial forecasts to senior leadership.
- Lead the annual budgeting process, ensuring alignment with business goals and constraints.
- Develop and manage long-range financial plans, including 5-year strategic roadmaps that align with market trends and company objectives.
- Drive process improvements and automation initiatives for greater accuracy and efficiency.
- Support M&A integration efforts, ensuring smooth onboarding of newly acquired entities.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, or a related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Adaptive Insights is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and trends.
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments with shifting priorities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across all levels of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. MBA or CFA is a strong plus.
