
Account Coordinator
Account Coordinators are passionate problem-solvers and high-energy project managers. They support the execution of marketing activities by managing internal processes, handling administrative and time-sensitive tasks, and keeping supervisors informed. By channeling client needs internally and delivering integrated solutions, they help meet business goals and build trust across teams.
This role offers hands-on experience in client management, strategic thinking, and creative collaboration. Successful Account Coordinators are strong contributors who are solution- and idea-oriented.
**Spanish proficiency at a conversational or basic level required; must also be proficient in English.
Key Responsibilities
- Team Support:
- Master the creative development, execution, and delivery process across various mediums (video, audio, digital, etc.).
- Lead project timeline management, coordinating with internal departments and clients.
- Take notes and share recaps and status reports with the team after meetings.
- Analyze and interpret client direction and feedback before sharing with internal teams.
- Project Management:
- Track deliverables such as assets, ISCI codes, traffic dates, and live dates.
- Complete and maintain RFBs for the production department.
- Coordinate all external meetings by managing availabilities, attendance, and materials.
- Problem-Solving and Collaboration:
- Proactively question and resolve issues with all departments and clients to ensure smooth project processes.
- Build strong relationships among key departments (creative, C&E, production, etc.) to facilitate progress.
- Client and Business Knowledge:
- Demonstrate a detailed understanding of the client’s business, including how each assignment fits into the brand scope.
- Build client confidence by creatively managing and delivering high-quality work on time, on strategy, and within budget.
