岗位职责 / Responsibilities

产品信息与结构管理：参与公司产品架构整理、结构梳理及数据维护；建立标准化的产品档案库

Product Information & Structure Management: Participate in organizing product architecture, maintaining product structural data, and building a standardized product documentation archive.

客户信息管理：维护客户信息数据库，完善客户数据的录入、清洗与更新；基于客户维度进行基础分析与报告输出

Client Information Management: Maintain the client database, complete data entry, cleansing, and updates; conduct fundamental client-level analysis and prepare reports.

数据支持与可视化：产品运营数据及风险指标数据的提取、处理与分析；协助构建可视化面板、数据看板；负责搭建简易的数据可视化界面或BI报告（Dashboard），用于内部的产品监控、客户画像分析等

Data Support & Visualization: Extract, process, and analyze product operation and risk indicator data; assist in building visualization dashboards; build simple data visualization interfaces or BI dashboards for internal product monitoring and client profiling.

团队支持：协助完成风控与产品管理相关的其他日常事务性工作

Team Support: Assist with other routine tasks related to risk management and product management.

前端/工具支持（加分项）：能够协助开发内部小工具、页面或简单系统；协助提升数据使用效率与展示体验

Frontend / Tool Development (Plus):Assist in developing internal tools, pages, or lightweight systems; help enhance data usability and visualization experience.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

本科或研究生在读，金融工程 / 统计 / 计量经济 / 计算机 / 金融等专业优先

Bachelor’s or Master’s student, preferably in Financial Engineering, Statistics, Econometrics, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.

熟练掌握 Python，能够进行数据处理与分析（pandas、numpy、plotly 等）

Proficient in Python, capable of data processing and analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy, plotly).

熟悉SQL语言，能够熟练编写数据查询、筛选、聚合等语句，有数据库使用经验者优先。

Familiar with SQL; able to write queries for data selection and aggregation; database operation experience is a plus.

具备 HTML 基础，能参与数据展示界面制作，有前端基础（JS /Vue/ React/Streamlit等）优先。

Basic knowledge of HTML; able to participate in building data presentation pages. Experience with frontend frameworks (JS / Vue / React / Streamlit, etc.) is a plus.

逻辑清晰、沟通顺畅，做事认真细致、有责任心

Clear logical thinking, strong communication skills; detail-oriented and responsible.

有量化/基金公司/券商实习经验，有一定金融产品或资产管理行业认知

Internship experience at a quant fund, asset management firm, or securities firm; understanding of financial products or asset management is preferred.
