AlphaGrep China is a dedicated RMB asset management platform focused on the Chinese market, serving institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals. We leverage deep expertise in China’s equity and derivatives markets, together with AlphaGrep’s global quantitative research capabilities, to deliver diversified strategies targeting long-term and stable returns.

 

岗位职责/ Responsibilities 

1. 需求识别与场景挖掘：深入调研公司各部门（量化研究、交易、风控、IT及职能部门）的工作流，主动识别能够利用AI技术（如LLM, Agent, RAG）降本增效的潜在应用场景。Actively investigate the workflows across various departments (Research, Trading, Risk Control, IT, etc.) to identify potential scenarios where AI technologies (e.g., LLM, Agent, RAG) can enhance efficiency or reduce costs.
2. 前沿技术研究：持续追踪国内外AI领域（尤其是AIGC、多模态、智能体框架）的最新动态、学术论文及开源项目，并评估其在量化金融领域的应用可行性。Continuously track the latest developments, academic papers, and open-source projects in the AI field (especially AIGC, Multimodal, and Agent frameworks), and evaluate their feasibility for application in quantitative finance.
3. 工具开发与落地：负责AI工具/插件的快速原型开发（MVP）与迭代。利用Cursor, Windsurf, LangChain等工具打造智能化工作流，将AI能力转化为生产力工具。Responsible for the rapid prototyping (MVP) and iteration of AI tools or plugins. Use tools like Cursor, Windsurf, and LangChain to build intelligent workflows and transform AI capabilities into tangible productivity tools.
4. 跨团队协作：充当技术与业务的连接者，将复杂的AI技术方案转化为易于理解的业务逻辑，推动AI项目在公司内部的落地与普及。Act as a bridge between technology and business, translating complex AI technical solutions into understandable business logic to promote the implementation and adoption of AI projects within the firm.

 

任职要求 / Qualifications

1. 学术/专业背景：国内外知名高校本科及以上在读（计算机、数学、金融科技等相关专业优先），对量化私募行业有基本认知或浓厚兴趣。Current student (Bachelor’s or above) from top-tier universities, majoring in CS, Math, Fintech, or related fields; basic understanding of or strong interest in the quantitative private equity industry.

1. 硬核AI玩家：对AI领域有极高的热情，是ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney等工具的深度使用者，熟悉Prompt Engineering及主流AI Agent框架。High passion for AI; heavy user of tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Midjourney; familiar with Prompt Engineering and mainstream AI Agent frameworks.
2. 编程与工程能力：精通 Python，具备良好的工程化习惯。能够独立使用代码（或借助AI辅助编程工具）快速实现功能 Demo。Proficient in Python with good engineering habits. Able to independently develop functional demos using code or AI-assisted programming tools.

1. 逻辑与洞察力：具备极强的逻辑思维和问题拆解能力，能够从琐碎的业务中抽象出技术需求，具有“自驱动”属性，不依赖明确指令。Strong logical thinking and problem-solving skills; able to abstract technical requirements from complex business tasks; self-driven and capable of working without explicit instructions.
2. 加分项：有个人AI项目经验、大模型微调经验、GitHub高星项目或AI相关竞赛获奖经历。Experience with personal AI projects, LLM fine-tuning, high-star GitHub repositories, awards in AI-related competitions is a plus.
