The Role:

The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for supporting and optimizing supply chain operations, focusing on inventory management, purchase order processing, reporting, and e-commerce activities. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to ensure operational efficiency.

What You'll Do:

Inventory Management:

• Prepare and distribute daily inventory reports to ensure stock accuracy.
• Conduct detailed inventory analysis to identify trends, improve accuracy, and optimize stock levels.

Purchase Order Management:

• Create and process purchase orders (POs) to maintain adequate inventory levels.
• Manage PO receipt, ensuring timely and accurate entry into the system.
• Review and approve supplier invoices for accuracy and compliance with agreements.
• Oversee transfer order (TO) receipt and reconciliation.

Reporting:

• Generate and maintain reports on inventory status, turnover rates, and total inventory.
• Provide actionable insights to improve inventory performance and reduce carrying costs.

Amazon Operations:

• Perform inventory analysis to optimize stock availability on Amazon.
• Create and manage orders in Amazon Seller Central.
• Coordinate and execute order transfer creation and shipment tracking to ensure timely delivery.

Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs):

• Update and maintain SOPs to reflect current processes and best practices.
• Ensure all team members are trained and compliant with updated SOPs.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in inventory management, purchase order processing, and reporting.
• Experience with ERP. Advanced Excel skills. Ideal knowledge of Amazon Seller Central
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
