Superhuman is building the most desired pre-workout energy brand, creating seriously fun products that actually work. We're looking for a creative storyteller and strategic thinker to lead our product marketing.
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Customer Service Representative (CSR) who will be responsible for handling all aspects of customer service. You’ll act as a liaison, provide product/service information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You’ll be responsible for educating customers on our product offerings.

Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming calls and text based tickets
- Identify and assess customer’s needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through open and interactive communication
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives. Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions
- Take the extra mile to engage customers and provide best-in-class customer service
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints, reshipments, refunds, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service role is a must
- Proven record of successful customer relationship management
- Excellent communication and a positive attitude
Ability to communicate in English (written and verbal)
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters
- Availability to accommodate possible schedule changes
- Experience using any helpdesk platform like Gorgias is a must
- Experience in an e-commerce platform like Shopify is a must
- Affinity to fitness/healthy lifestyle is a plus
