About the Role: 

We’re looking for a dynamic, hands-on Director of Industry Analyst Relations to build and lead our analyst relations program from the ground up. Our company is making its first strategic investment in this function, making it a high-impact, strategic role. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can reimagine how we engage with industry analysts, creating a best-in-class program that drives market influence and thought leadership.

This position is perfect for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution. You will work across multiple teams to develop relationships with key analysts, ensuring they understand our value proposition, vision, and differentiation in the market. If you’re a strategic yet hands-on analyst relations leader who is excited to build something from scratch, we’d love to hear from you!

This full-time role, reporting to the Vice President of Global Communications is based in the US, with the option for in-person or remote work.

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive industry analyst relations strategy, building strong relationships with key analyst firms.
  • Own and elevate our analyst engagement efforts, ensuring analysts have a clear, compelling understanding of our product roadmap and company vision.
  • Create and manage analyst briefing programs, leading the development of materials that effectively communicate our market leadership.
  • Collaborate across teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Success) to align analyst relations with business objectives.
  • Develop a corporate analyst relations framework, ensuring a unified and impactful approach to analyst communications.
  • Drive thought leadership positioning, securing high-impact analyst mentions, reports, and industry recognition.
  • Analyze and report on analyst perceptions and influence, using insights to refine messaging and market positioning.
  • Manage relationships with key analyst firms, ensuring continuous, high-value engagement.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and analyst expectations, keeping our company top-of-mind in analyst conversations.

About You:

  • 10+ years of experience in industry analyst relations, communications, or market influence roles, ideally in high-growth B2B technology companies.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling analyst relations programs, with a track record of increasing analyst coverage and industry recognition.
  • Hands-on experience managing analyst relationships, with an ability to influence perceptions and drive strategic positioning.
  • Strong executive presence, with experience coaching and preparing senior leaders for analyst briefings.
  • Deep understanding of the enterprise software and technology landscape, with an ability to translate complex topics into compelling narratives.
  • Exceptional communication and messaging skills, with a sharp ability to craft high-impact content.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure program effectiveness and refine strategies accordingly.
  • Experience building programs from scratch, demonstrating initiative, creativity, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

For base compensation, we set standard ranges for all US-based roles based on function, level and geographic location, benchmarked against similar stage growth companies and internal comparables. In order to be compliant with local legislation, as well as to provide greater transparency to candidates, we share salary ranges on all job postings regardless of desired hiring location. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience/expertise and may vary from the amounts listed below.

You may also be offered a performance-based bonus, equity, and a generous benefits program.

Base Compensation Range

$175,000 - $233,000 USD
