This is a high-impact role where your work directly influences org-wide speed, quality, and operational success. From intake to adoption, you'll serve as the business owner for the complete lifecycle of internal product initiatives by establishing the frameworks, metrics, and launches that enable our rapidly growing organization to thrive.

If you're energized by the challenge of transforming internal operations, passionate about creating solutions that move key business metrics, and ready to make your mark on a global team, we’d love to hear from you!

Who You Are:

  • A proven operator with 3–5 years driving results in Program Management, Product Operations, or similar roles, with demonstrable success scaling internal platforms in high-growth environments
  • A process architect with demonstrated success in implementing or scaling product development processes (e.g., intake, prioritization, release management) within fast-paced environments.
  • Data-driven, leveraging Excel/Google Sheets and SQL proficiency on platforms like Snowflake to transform raw data into compelling narratives of value creation
  • Impact focused and strategically minded, you look beyond immediate tasks to understand how your work fits into the broader picture. You're energized by launching tools that deliver measurable value and find genuine fulfillment in connecting your initiatives directly to company-level metrics and business impact
  • A natural bridge-builder between technical and business stakeholders, understanding both engineering limitations and business needs
  • Highly disciplined and organized, taking complete ownership of project execution, maintaining impeccable documentation, and communicating proactively with all stakeholders
  • A strong cross-functional partner who thrives in evolving environments where you must work effectively through change
  • A superior communicator, with the ability to synthesize complex project updates into clear, high-level summaries for leadership

What You’ll Do:

  • Drive product excellence as a strategic partner to Product, Design, and Engineering, surfacing critical requirements and championing scalable, effective, and cost-effective solutions that support rapid growth
  • Serve as the voice of business impact throughout product development cycles, ensuring internal tooling addresses real pain points and delivers measurable value to end-users
  • Own the product request intake process end-to-end, establishing a rigorous prioritization framework that ensures resources flow to the highest-impact initiatives aligned with company strategy
  • Maximize ROI through focus on adoption, monitoring long-term usage patterns, diagnosing underperformance against benchmarks, and implementing targeted strategies to unlock full value of each launch
  • Establish the metrics that matter, defining success criteria and KPIs for every initiative and creating direct line-of-sight between project outcomes and core business objectives
  • Translate data into executive intelligence, producing comprehensive analyses of system performance, vendor effectiveness, and project impact that enable confident, data-driven decision-making at the leadership level
